THE BLUE SKIES OF BRUSSELS

 18°C today. This may not be so astonishing, but when you think back to this time last year - the temperature was hovering around -10°C & all the brass monkeys were tucked up with hot water bottles.

My (extra) barometer is showing atmospheric pressure higher than I've seen it for ages.

For your information, the legend on the silver plaque reads:
