New holes

Kilda woke me up at 5.30 to go outside. She then came back in again after a wee and grass eating for about 10 minutes before going outside to be sick. She is never sick. Didn’t really get back to sleep after that. Decided not to go to Cani sport in case she has this sickness dog bug going around at the moment. She wolfed down her breakfast so I don’t think so. As I was up I headed to Screwfix and the paint shop to collect the tester pots when they opened. Spent the first part of the morning trying to fit some double sockets in the kitchen. Had them all there ready to be connected to the existing fused spur when I found out the corner of the counter is a solid brace that they have drilled through to feed the wires to the existing socket. No way I was going to be able to feed a new wire in without taking half the kitchen apart. Headed up town to meet J off the train from her parents much to Kilda’s delight. Came back to watch the rugby Scotland played well but were never going to beat a France team in that form. England played well in the first half but couldn't adapt to the change in tactics from the Welsh and deserved to loos in the end. Had Chinese takeaway for dinner as neither of us wanted to cook.
