Floating boat at Portobello

My blip today comes courtesy of Mr hazelh. He snapped this shot of rowers in the flat calm North Sea from Portbello this afternoon. While he was out in the sunshine on his bicycle, I was travelling south to Newcastle with Mummy hazelh, then on to London.

Remember all the attention lavished on Mummy hazelh in first class the week before last? It was my turn today when Tom joined the service at Newcastle for the rest of the run to Kings Cross. Lucky me!

Mummy hazelh is now safely installed at her house with my not-so-little sister in attendance. She didn't wail when she walked through the front door, so that is progress.

Exercise today: a small amount of walking from Kings Cross to my hotel (6610 steps).
