Kombutxa in the Fridge

I bought this yesterday in the shop where I buy all the stuff to make the breakfast granola. Trying it for the first time!  Any tips on how to use it welcome. We're planning on just drinking a wee glass a day or maybe adding it to a smoothie.  If we really like it or feel the benefits, I might have a go at making it later in the year. There's a shop here that specialises in everything fermented.
