Winter Trees, Summer Sky (widwed270219)

The sky here is an almost summer blue and with the absence of cloud makes a striking contrast with the winter bare tree branches. Toward the end of the afternoon the sunlight strikes these branches just behind our garden fence, so they have become my blip for this week's wide Wednesday on the theme of Sky.
