St Nick's Graveyard

St Nicholas Church (where the nave now stands) is recorded in the Doomsday book in 1088. This blip is looking over the wall through the churchyard to the West door. I was in the village as I had persuaded Geoff to buy some new trousers and tops to celebrate his loss of weight. We went to David Fuller - a "gentleman's outfitters". They have been in Bookham for over 40 years but are now going to close - for retirement. sadly no one in the family wants to take over the business. 

Penny and Steve got home this morning. lovely to see them although sad the reason for their brief return. They fly back to Guangzhou on Saturday morning.
