Didn't obey

Spotted this sticker on a car at the gym.

Ignored it's suggestion.  Skipped the mat, did STEP instead.  Had a blast.

NOTE : Alex came to class, for the first time, since the accident.  It's been over a year since the hit and run on the uber she was in.   And umpteen knee ops.   It is a story of how your life can be changed forever in a moment.  I really admire her.
