The Loons

I went up to the bird hide at The Loons and it was very pleasant. The loch was mainly ice but there was no wind at all, so it didn't feel as cold as I'd expected. Especially after some coffee. I walked down to Marwick and The Choin here are some other shots.

Nothing very unexpected birdwise. Mallard, wigeon, heron, snipe, greylag at The Loons and eider. teal, redshanks, fulmar etc by the sea.
