Friday night home alone and I discover the Indoor Athletics European Championship on TV and then watch it thinking ‘I may pick up some running tips’ - lol! Strangely compelling viewing.

In other news I started on my book chapter today and got my first section (Methodology) done. I’ve got the easiest part of this as for my two sections, I’m really just condensing what I’ve already written in my dissertation.
