Fairy Lights

In the old days, fairy lights were candles, which made your house burn down if you weren't jolly careful.

Then we had nice safe bulbs, which blew all the time, and certainly never worked when you first got them out of the Christmas tin from the loft.

These days we get LEDs, with a lovely mains 50Hz flicker - much better for a photo scribble. Kate said she loved this one, so it's today's blip.
