Diversionary Tactic!

"How many racecourses did Lanark have?" asks Mrs B as we pass the long abandoned track for the umpteenth time!

Either the Traffic Diversion Dept of South Lanarkshire Council have been hitting the bottle, or the shopkeepers of Lanark have devised a very cunning plan to trap custom whilst their High Street is dug up for a few weeks!
