Rainhill Trails

This year is 190 years since the Rainhill Trails signalled the birth of the railways.

J9 felt rough today so I popped into the village, did some shopping, made a huge vat of ragu, reduced down for 2 hours, and now there are veggie lasagnes & batches of Quorn spag Bol all in the freezer.
Then I made up some leek & cheese loveliness in a batch of Glamorgan sausage. Some of the breadcrumbs replaced by grated spud, whole grain mustard thrown in & a thin slice of mozzarella in the middle, all coated in Panko breadcrumbs.
Bloody gorgeous.
