Silly Saturday

For those of you not from round here, they (the government) want to build a rail link from Oxford to Cambridge. And so that we (the paying public) can't moan when it's built, they are holding public consultations about the proposed routes. If you want to know more, please ask, (or Google it) but I won't go into more detail here other than to say the foreword of the consultation booklet my neighbour picked up for me at our local event last night was written by Chris Grayling the current secretary of state for transport. This is the same minister who within the last 24 hours has a euro tunnel £33M bill hanging over his head.
Failing Grayling the papers are calling him!
Therefore I reckon the whole consultation process for the new rail link probably qualifies for silly saturday!
