Laos Cookery School

After a trip around the market, we were taken out of town to an oasis outdoor cookery school. We made aubergine and tomato jeow (dipping sauces), mok pa (steamed fish), stuffed lemongrass (I kid you not), buffalo laap (salad) and purple sticky rice dessert. All delicious washed down with a Lao beer.
