Day of contrasts

Quick trip to the financial adviser this morning to check our investments are on track - thankfully they were!

Followed by a trip to the Breast screening appt unit for an tri-annual checkup - very quick and professionally handled by the wonderful technician.

Home again to cook the finally defrosted lamb with many trimmings - I do love having the time to cook a Sunday roast on a Monday afternoon.
