Yoga and tulips

Our yoga teacher announced a nine o clock this morning that she had a minor injury. “ We are in for an easy morning,” I thought.
 
Not a bit of it. We were pulled and stretched to our limits.
 
The rest of the day has been spent battling with computer problems so it’s a quick blip of some tulips. Extra has one that’s gone through the Deep Effects app.
