The Bus Pass Walkers caught buses to Queensbury then walked to Thornton - seen in the distance from a view point as the disused train track was approached - branched off to have a look at Queensbury Tunnel en route

Partook of refreshment at the Birthplace of the Brontes - no bacon sandwiches on the menu! - but being Shrove Tuesday - pancakes were eaten

Eating out again tonight - pie and peas - at The Airedale Heifer with the Community Choir - followed by a quiz
