Peekaboo

This morning the dogs and i dismantled the sheep handling system. We had a wee audience! They are so cute peering over the wall!! Andy, Abby and Alison from left to right. 

This afternoon i had a Kinetic Chain Release appointment. My alignment is out and im trying to find someone since we moved that can help me realign. Never had kcr before it was more intense than shiatsu. But definitely seemed to help i feel more free balanced and relaxed. Time will tell if its done the trick.
