These are the hands...

...that yesterday wielded the Stanley knife...
Today they are preparing delicious wholemeal, buckwheat & spelt pancakes for Shrove Tuesday lunch! A savoury one each - ham, cheese and tomato - followed by the traditional lemon one for afters ( in my case with a sprinkling of sugar too )!
Men arrived on time and fitted the new floor covering very efficiently this morning. Kitchen all back to normal now, and we're going to have a relaxing night - wine may be consumed. Enjoy your Fat Tuesday folks ;)
