Forced

A slightly disrupted day working at home with window people coming and not coming and then coming, and a trip into the office for an hour and a half. 

But I had a minor diversion on the way to the nursery for forced rhubarb and purple sprouting broccoli.  Proper winter again. 

That branch is bugging me, and if it had been anything other than the apple tree I would have cut it off. 

Tried poaching the rhubarb in syrup according to the internet.  Needs refinement, but delicious.
