I'm a Cowboy

If you got to talking to most cowboys, they?d admit they write ?em. I think some of the meanest, toughest sons of bitches around write poetry.

The Meridian Lions Rodeo is about the last rodeo of the year in these parts. Mostly local cowboys, but a couple from Oregon.

This poor guy got his hand hung up and had to endure about 20 seconds of being whipped around while trying to get free. Not a good spot to be in, but he made it out all right.

A good weather day and a little bit of action. Got dusty and dirty shooting next to the fence when a couple bulls decided to charge the fence where I was sitting. First time I've ever had to jump away, and had to do it twice.
