A special card

I had this beautiful card in the post this morning - made by my 2 year old granddaughter with a little help from her mum. What a delightful surprise! I shall ring her tonight to thank her.

This morning I had a short visit from a couple of friends and they brought me a beautiful bouquet of roses and irises.

I then had a short walk to the castle with SL. I made it to the entrance to the car park before turning back so the next target is to get to the actual building. 

This afternoon Malcornorton and J arrived on their way home from Oswestry, it was lovely to see them.

It's been a busy day!
