I don't have a Waitrose near me, and if I did I'm not sure I'd shop there regularly, but they do have some great recipe cards free to take. 

My Nottingham friend J does though, and today she cooked Cumin & Lemon Chicken with Spiced Rice, with lemon yoghurt dip, for our lunch.  Very tasty!

We had a walk round to Waitrose afterwards, so I could select from the latest recipe cards, and I bought some daffs.  I hope they'll be better than Asda's, which had only just opened up before they shrivelled and died!
