A tiny cabin in the woods

Today I realised the true value of blip when wandering through our local country park, i accidentally)came across Doug who'd made his home in a secluded area near a (not quite Walden) but with the same reverence for nature. Generously he invited me into his abode and seeing my camera said:take pictures if you want. He told me he was both poet and musician and recited a fabulous poem about Manchester. I shall return soon with a goody bag.

Not only Henry David Thoreau came to mind, but also Yeats:

I WILL arise and go now, and go to Innisfree,
And a small cabin build there, of clay and wattles made:
