This is 'Tautuyoas'
He's from Lithuania and is one of our long term, night Agency Drivers based at our Manchester depot.
His nickname is Michael Jackson, because of his high pitch voice:)
For this shot:- Off camera flash mounted on a small stand and the triggered by the x100f in slave mode.
