Moving day

Pickfords brought one of their bigger wagons - really struggled to reach the house, but due to the determination of the driver, they did. After packing, we drove over towards Maulds and stopped by a 7 tonne MGW bridge. The lorry weighed in at over 30 tonnes!

He did eventually find an alternative route, but managed to set his brakes alight as he pulled up outside the house!

A couple of buckets of water did the job.
