In lieu of Arcadia

After the Abergavenny Women's Walking Group Christmas lunch today, a few of us went to a magical wood called Arcadia, but I hadn't taken my camera! Perhaps it is a place you must visit in person.

Anyway, in lieu of a view from the boathouse across the lake in Arcadia wood, you have a blip of my Christmas decoration. I didn't dry the fruit slices myself, or put the golden strings on them. Simply hung them on a branch which has been waiting in the house for something to be hung on it, one day. And that day has finally arrived!
