Foz do Iguaçu (in Portuguese)...

... or Iguassu Falls in English. This is only a part of this magnificent confluence of rivers which subsequently fall off the cliffs here, on the border between Brazil and Argentina (with a little corner of Paraguay 'thrown in'). This image was one of many, I took from the Brazil side and  looking across to Argentina. The whole expanse of the falls, beyond the confines of this image, is really a sight to behold. As is the sound! It is truly the most magnificent set of falls I have ever seen, and that includes even "Gulfoss" in Iceland.
