The sourdough proved over night. It’s got cheese and apple in it so you don’t get much of a rise.

Now that it’s cooled it’s sitting on a large beeswax wrap prior to wrapping it. I used to put them in a large plastic bag but now I use the reusable wrap.

The red wine was nice too.
