Multicolored City Underbelly

This particular cityscape is dedicated to my friend ~Bhanu maker of so many a full color point and needle sharp cityscape.

He took me by surprise to call the city where this picture is made, one of the four big cities in the Lowlands by the sea, a carefree city ... ;)
