Long Day

Got picked up from home at 6:20. Left the office at 6:30, arrived at a hotel at Heathrow at 9:30 for a work conference. Were being talked at until 17:30 ( some interesting, some useful, some that could have been skipped). Dinner at 20:00. In bed by 23:30. Overall more enjoyable than I anticipated, but being in the office working through the piles of files would have been better for my stress level
