ice everywhere

WOAOO! I stepped out this morning for my usual constitutional and there was ice! I went straight back inside to find my running Yak traks. Once fitted onto the bottom of my running shoes I trotted off over the sheets of ice up to the moors. It was the first time I had properly run in them and I was impressed - I stayed upright! Unlike another runner I met who literally slid passed me onto a grass verge!
