I Am In Denial

Dear Diary,

Our snow storm will be starting in about an hour, a nasty mix of snow and sleet and ice, and I am in complete denial.  This morning I've decided to imagine what it is like to take my flower portraits again, like I do all summer.  Thankfully, the gorgeous bouquet I received from my friend gives me the opportunity.  The roses in the arrangement are opening beautifully so this morning I am channeling my inner Georgia O'Keeffe but you can call me Cleopatra, Queen of Denial!
