New Year concert date

Now this is exciting. A couple of tickets for Glen Hansard at the Celtic Connections festival next year.
He used to be part of a duo called Swell Season, along with a Czech girl whose name escapes me. Saw them a couple of years ago and thought they were a bit of a mismatch, his voice is so powerful it could blow the roof off and she was a meek little thing.
Now he's on his own so looking forward to this big time. Big thanks to Lauren and Andy, a very cool early present.
