Another chapel

Following on from yesterday's chapel this one is in the grounds of our local garden centre. It is dilapidated and you cannot go inside, it dates from 13c but was deconsecrated in 1557. There is also evidence of an earlier Saxon church. The roof is intact, it is a protected ancient monument and there are plans to restore it fully when funds are raised.

The trip to the garden centre replaced our expected trip to collect 10 new rescue chickens, this was cancelled as the rescue team didn't have enough for us this time. Given the storm force winds today we were worried about getting them.

The wind has blown a bit off one of the trees along our border and there is a cable dangling from the telephone pole outside our house. We currently have a hail storm storm going on as well, so no signs of spring here today!
