Today’s Lenten thoughts lean towards decisions we make and the impacts, negative or positive, they have on ourselves and others.

As I faced this shelf of food from far-flung lands, cocooned in plastic, I tried to decide what to buy to go in a veggie stir fry for dinner later this week.

I can never decide if local is more or less important than plastic packaging. So I didn’t buy anything, deciding that going to Borough Market on my way home tomorrow may be a better decision...perhaps apart from for my finances!
