Snapped

I knew I'd be holed up on an interview panel all day so grabbed a street scene on my way in this morning - no idea what the weather was the rest of the day as the scaffolding and plastic sheeting covering the building meant I didn't see anything til on my way home at the end of a very long day. 
We chose the right person ...we'll have to wait and see if they come and if they're as right as we hope.
Home to work through another set of applications. Tomorrow I have a shortlisting and a long listing meeting.....recruitment comes in a rash here!
