Beauty and the Beast ....

Oil pollution on the road but oh so beautiful in the sun. In church today our minister spoke about about a type of poem called a landay and with particular reference to this poem and its author.

‘ I call. You’re stone.
One day you’ll look and find that I am gone.’

I looked them up tonight..... they are a poetry form used by Afghani women and oh so powerful!
