Pizza Party!

A bright, cold start to the day, and an early morning trip into Bath with my brother to run a few errands, followed by his usual trawl around the wine shops and supermarkets of the area.

Back home, chef spent the afternoon preparing his toppings for the pizza dough that had been proving overnight. Then this evening I helped with the production line for our Pizza and Prosecco party, with a choice of four pizzas!
