Deliberately placed

This bin is deliberately placed in the park so that people will put their trash and recycling inside, not on the ground or road. A good idea to put anything that doesn't fit in the bin beside it so that it can be picked up when the bin is emptied, unlike the recycling that was draped over a road sign in the extra.
A sign that is deliberately ignored by the majority of dog walkers who bring their dogs to the beach.
