Maybe...

We have always called this plant a Burrow's Tail - but it could well be known by another name.
This blip was taken within the Burrow's Tail, looking out. They are a very hardy plant, and grow as long tails, hence the name. They are very delicate to touch really, and will drop their little droplets and a new plant will grow from those.
When we shifted from one of our properties, we had to leave our beautiful, very long plant behind as it would have fallen to pieces, leaving just the long stems..that particular plant would have been at least 7ft long in the hanging (strong) planter..
We've always had them - whether it be in a colder climate - or as hot as where we live now..
