Little Pancakes.

Last Tuesday was Shrove Tuesday, and at the art class, and I mentioned I wouldn't be making pancakes until later on in the week  - so I promised them some Scotch Pancakes for tonight. 
So there are loads made, some boxed up for tonight, and I am sure that hubby and I can leave some for No. 1 son later in the week. I will have to make sure they go in the freezer, or he might be a bit unlucky!!
