How to Calculate the Age......

..... of a bouquetin? You count the thick rings around the horns, not the knobs on top. I think he is a big boy for a 6 year old! It's almost a month since I saw any of our bouquetins, and 10 days since I last skied. The weather was superb for the first 3 hours then greyness descended, and so did I. This evening, the 5 or so minutes of colour on our local peaks felt like a small miracle. I had to put the Petit Muveran in as an extra.
