Today I was working as a secretary for the research assessment panels who were interviewing the representatives of the departments. It was really intense work but also extremely interesting. The interviews were held in the Metsätalo 'forest house', so named because it used to house the forest sciences before they moved to one of the new campuses outside of the city centre. It was built in the late 1930s and represents functionalism.
