Gout OWWWWWW!

Awake half the night last night with gout - only real cure (for me anyway) is to drink loads and loads of water.

Nearly didn't get to work simply because I couldn't get my shoe on - eventually screamed when I did it

Anyway - must keep drinking

As to what caused it - I reckon it is due to seriously cutting down on alcohol over the last 2 weeks but S thinks that is just an excuse
