Nativity

Our church Christmas Fair this morning, and as usual making the rolls and sausage with Margaret. There was a great amount of food on offer, rolls and sausage, mincemeat pies, doughnuts, and lots of goodies too, so we didn't sell so many rolls as usual, however, it was a good morning and I think will raise quite a lot of money, and we all enjoyed singing Christmas carols too. There were some gift stalls, a cake stall, and a bottle stall, and they all seemed busy. Came home a bit early as we are heading out in the afternoon.

This nativity is amazing, it is hand knitted, and someone has been very clever indeed. It is in a niche in the corridor of the church, and is attracting a lot of attention. No one is quite sure who put it there, but we suspect Gordon, our minister, is involved, although I don't think it is his handiwork. It is worth looking at it in large mode, as there is a lot of detail in the work.
