Fairtrade flowers from the Co op..

These beautiful flowers are from a reduced in price Fairtrade bouquet I bought with a few other things in the Co-op yesterday afternoon. They are lovely to enjoy on this windy, cold, rainy day with bright sunny interludes.
I went in to see if they sold pro biotic drinks and was thankful they had strawberry flavoured Actimel.
According to Doug Kaufmann,  a Nutritionist, fungus is the root cause of many diseases. Mould and fungus effect different people in different ways. Fungus feeds off sugar in the body, and in some cases can cause sugar craving and sugar addiction. The series of programmes on godtv, called Know the Cause, daily at 1:30pm on UK TV, are enlightening and if you see it as useful, well worth watching. I used to take alot of good health foregranted if I am honest. I take a daily Healthspan multivitamin and mineral capsule for Vegetarians, and Lutein for eye health. We are, to a great extent, what we eat.
