parked at Flotterstone and walked the few miles up the road past Glencorse and Loganlea reservoirs to the hill above The Howe.

Nice start to the day but the sunrise was a bit disappointing. Just went from black through various shades of grey with no colour. Very interesting noises from all the melting ice on the reservoirs.

Friends round this afternoon for some food and drink.
