Wool shed Creek Hill

After another amazing million star night camping at the Hawdon Shelter in Arthur’s Pass, we headed straight up the Woolshed Hill track. The through very steep beech forest up to the first summit at 920m. We headed back down, with very shaky legs!
We went over the Lake Lyndon road to Lake Coleridge. It’s still the same, I thought there may have been more new development there. Next stop was Mount Summers. I met my husband at the Pinnacles Hut there 21 years ago.
We carried on to Lake Heron, then camped on the edge of Lake Camp for the night.
