Osmanbey, Istanbul

Grey skies and intermittent rain again.  A late morning trip after my class was done, to see a chiropractor in Osmanbey about the shoulder pain that's bothered me for a while. Came home taller and straighter and the realisation that my posture is appalling - wish I'd gone before. 

The rest of the day passed vertically.  I spent the evening trying to knit whilst sitting with a straight back.
